We had bought our parking ticket in advance, only to find ourselves waiting in the general line with others purchasing their tickets. The venue ought to have set up separate lines for pre-purchased parking and on-the-spot purchases. After the concert, the parking lot was a complete mess. There were no traffic directors or cones to guide the drivers, resulting in hours of waiting to exit. I had never encountered a situation with no traffic cones or staff directing traffic before.
